For registration, please, download the registration form (MS Excel document, .xls), fill in the form, save the file as a MS Excel 2003 or XP document (filename: LastnameFirstname.xls) and send it to biodni@gmail.com. Only electronic version of the registration form is accepted. The registration form is to be used to register one participant only.

* Conversion Exchange Rate 1 € = 30.126 SKK; the calculation with the Conversion Exchange Rate is shown according to currency conversion laws; the payment HAS TO BE REALIZED ONLY IN EUR!
